Our commitment to AEDI enables QMR to embrace the principles of diversity across our organization, including integrating AEDI approaches to leadership development, employment systems, performance measurement, training and development and hiring practices.

QMR’s policies increase representation of under-represented groups throughout our hiring process. New applications are encouraged to read the following statement:

Don’t meet every single requirement? Studies have shown that women and racialized individuals are less likely to apply to jobs unless they meet every single qualification. At QMR Staffing Solutions Incorporarted, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t align with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.
